We are currently looking for Trainee Recruiters for our US IT Staffing Operations to work from our offshore office in Chennai

Desired Profile:

Excellent command over English (BOTH spoken and written)

Willing to work in US timings (Night Shift)

Passion for recruitment

Excellent networking skills, people person

Creative and Research Oriented

Good Reasoning, Quantitative Skills

Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills

Good comprehension and articulation skills

Graduate in Engineering or MBA from a reputed institution.

Additional Skills:

Exposure to market research

Outbound US calling experience

Good knowledge about the current IT market/ trends
